General shipping information
1. AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS (Purchases within Australia)::: Shipping is included in the total price.
2. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Purchases outside of Australia)::: Complete your purchase and we will email you shipping options and quotes.
Your Resonance Art/ Tools* are sold ex-tax for export out of Australia.
As the price you will have paid at check-out includes goods and services tax (Australian ‘GST’).. your shipping cost will be reduced by the tax amount we charged you.
Additional packaging is often required for International Shipping.. and this cost will be included in the shipping quotes we give you.
Please note that your country may charge import duty and goods tax. For more information.. we recommend checking with your local customs department prior to ordering. We can assist you to estimate duty and tax for your country however this is a free service and we do not take responsibility for accuracy or outcomes -it is up to you to inform yourself.

We do our best to carefully box Your Resonance Art in special art-safe cardboard packaging with corner protection. Packaging is customised to fit the size of Your Resonance Art piece/s.
We do all we reasonably can to ensure Your Resonance Art piece/s safe arrival.. aiming for it to reach you in the same perfect condition as when it was made.. so that you can put it on your wall straight away.
How long does delivery take?
1. EACH PIECE IS MADE TO ORDER BY ARTISANS.
which usually takes 1 week -or 2 weeks during busy periods.
Once your Resonance Art piece/s is/are ready.. you will receive an email with tracking details when we have booked a freight company or courier.
We may send your Resonance Art pieces together either in one box or in one shipment if you have ordered more than one.. or they may come separately -it depends on sizes.. finishes.. framing.. and when each is completed by our artisan workshop.
2. WITHIN AUSTRALIA:::
Normally you can expect delivery in 10-14 days.. sometimes sooner -depending on your proximity to the major cities. Allow longer for remote areas and peak periods.
3. OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA:::
Normally you can expect delivery within 6 weeks.. depending on your proximity to the major cities. Allow longer for remote areas and peak periods.
4. URGENT /// EXPRESS /// PREMIUM DELIVERY:::
If you require urgent or express or premium delivery -please place your order as usual. Once your order is paid and confirmed.. email us at orders@TheKeysToAwaken.com -We will quote on the available options for you. Although we endeavour to provide this as a free service administrative charges or additional freight charges may apply.
Your Resonance Guidance Cards are usually shipped within 2 business days from your order.
AUSTRALIA::: Your Resonance Guidance Cards are shipped and delivered by Australia Post Express Post.
You can normally expect to receive them within 3 days to 1 week.. from the placing of your order. You will receive an email or text with tracking details.
INTERNATIONAL::: Your Resonance Guidance Cards are sent by Australia Post International Parcel Post.
You can normally expect to receive them within 1-2 weeks from the placing of your order. Sometimes it takes 1 week longer (2-3 weeks) -depending on your country and region.

Delivery related enquiries
Resonance Art.. Resonance Gifts.. or Resonance Card Wall Art:::
WITHIN AUSTRALIA::: we mainly use couriers and freight companies (such as TNT or DHL). Sometimes we use specialist Art couriers.
Our selection of freight company vs couriers depends on a number of factors such as the size of your Resonance Art.. your location and other considerations. Australia Post is sometimes used with smaller sized orders.
INTERNATIONAL::: we mainly ship via Australia Post .. FedEx.. DHL or specialist International Art Couriers.. depending on size and destination.
Deliveries are sent on ‘business days’ -non-holiday weekdays- during business hours.
Depending on the freight or courier company you may be able to give them the authority to leave your delivery in a safe place.. or for a neighbour to receive it in your name.
Please note that if you have not elected to give the freight company or courier an authority to leave and if no one answers the door at the address -or does not sign for it- then delivery has failed.
In such case.. please go to "What If I cannot receive my delivery?” section below.
All Resonance Products must be signed for when delivered.. unless you have given authority to the freight or courier company for your delivery to be left somewhere safe.
Please ensure that the packaging of your delivery is in good order before signing to accept delivery.
If there is any damage to the box.. you can refuse to sign until you have checked the condition of the items inside.
If the freight or courier company delivery person/s insist on leaving.. then insist on them taking photos of the damaged exterior packaging and if possible take their delivery person identification details. Then check the condition of the delivery as soon as you are possibly able that same day before close of business.
Your delivery is insured.. however.. the above steps are required so that a claim can be made for replacement.
If it is obvious that the items within the damaged box are damaged (for instance you are able to see into the packaging and are able to clearly see damage).. then do not sign for delivery.
Take photos of the outside of the box and if possible of the damaged items in the box and ask the delivery person to do the same.
Then insist that the delivery person/s take the goods with them and state that the goods are damaged and that you will not accept delivery.
If they still leave them with you.. do not sign for them.
It is important that you email these images.. within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to::: orders@TheKeysToAwaken.com ..with the Email Subject::: Damaged Art Piece #(your order number + name).
We ship to many places worldwide.
Within Australia.. smaller prints can be sent to PO boxes via Australia Post. You will need to request this specially.
We can deliver to any work address or where someone is likely to be home most of the time.
Outside of Australia a physical mailing address will be required.
Customers who purchase Resonance Art.. Resonance Gifts.. Resonance Guidance Cards.. and other Resonance Tools on The Keys to Awaken website must provide a delivery location that is reasonable and easy to access for couriers and delivery of Resonance Products.
Failure to do so may incur additional re-delivery charges if Your Resonance Products have to be re-delivered due to inability and difficulty to deliver the Resonance Product originally.
If your delivery of Your Resonance Product/s can not be delivered and is taken to a collection point.. then it must be collected from that collection point within 10 business days of you being notified that it is there to collect.
After 10 business days have passed from notification of collection.. it is then considered in legal terms that you have taken delivery.. and you will be charged for each attempted re-delivery of Your Resonance Product/s.
We do everything we can to work with you to minimise these types of issues.. however we are subject to the policies of the various freight and courier companies that we use Nationally and Internationally.
Returns
Please be aware that once you have committed.. you have committed.. No change of mind.
All the above mentioned Resonance Products are considered final sale (((Resonance Art /// Resonance Gifts /// Resonance Card Wall Art /// Custom Orders /// Consultation Vouchers))).
Your Resonance Art pieces are put into production upon you placing your order.. within hours of us receiving your order.
These pieces are ‘alive’ resonances that do not sit in a warehouse waiting to be shipped -in other words::: we do not ‘sell off the shelf’. This is not a pair of sneakers.
Therefore we can not offer you a ‘change of mind’ cancellation or return.
You may notice that something in you feels uncertain.. has changed its mind.. feels ‘repelled’.. wants to run away.. gets distracted.. has doubts about your purchase. Please note that It is in our sub-conscious nature to resist evolution. This means it is ‘hard-wired’ into the human psyche to manifest.. or fabricate.. a multitude of compelling reasons -all perfectly reasonable and logical and fair- to cancel your order or return your items. This option is not available to you here -once you have committed.. you have committed. A reminder that we do not sell off the shelf and that we make to order.. so we have no warehouse and do not accept returns -unless the item/s is/are faulty or damaged (((please see ‘Signing for Delivery & Checking for Damage’ in SHIPPING))).
COLOUR:::
It is important that you have read our Terms of Service in regards to colour reproduction and appearance on screen. We have taken every costly step over 5 years of development.. to produce Resonance Art pieces and Resonance Gift Art Sets.. which in real life are true and faithful to what our designers and artisans see on their calibrated screen.
If the colour appears different to you on your screen -or in real life in your unique environment with its unique lighting conditions- then this is not something we can protect you from or warrant against.
Again.. this is not a pair of shoes.. so.. if the turquoise blueish green you receive is more green in real life than the blue you expected.. it will not be due to misrepresentation or faulty production by our artisans.. rather the result of your device.. your operating system.. your screen settings.. and the unique aspects of your physical environment.
It is also important to remember and to note that you have purchased Your Resonance Art piece or other Resonance Tool for the resonances more so than for the appearance. The value is in the resonance and the materials and labour and care by which they have been brought into physical form.
SURFACE /// TEXTURE:::
Due to our artisanal production standards and production quality systems.. it is highly unlikely that the surface or texture of your Resonance Art piece is faulty due to production or material deficiency.
Please note that we use the highest quality materials available for Your Resonance Art. The museum-grade materials used can have tiny surface variations which are normal and acceptable without impacting the highest quality standards achieved by our artisans. It won’t affect the overall appearance.. your enjoyment.. or the resonance.
Our Resonance Gift range uses high grade materials that may have small surface irregularities. No item is put into production if the material itself is flawed. Every step of the handmade process is quality checked.
If you believe that your Resonance Art piece’s surface has a flaw.. then follow the steps below.
-IF the delivery box or packaging was damaged and the surface flaw corresponds with the damaged packaging.. then this is likely a result of transport and delivery -not production. Please see ‘Signing for Delivery & Checking for Damage’ in SHIPPING and follow those steps.
-IF the delivery box was undamaged and you suspect that the surface is faulty.. then please take a whole-piece photo (((hold steady to make sure it is in focus))) and use ‘markup’ in your photo software’s ‘edit’ function.. and draw a circle around -or arrow to- the suspected flaw. Then take a close up with ‘macro’ camera setting (((hold steady to ensure the picture is in focus))).
It is important that you email these images.. within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to::: orders@TheKeysToAwaken.com ..with the Email Subject::: Faulty Art Piece #(your order number + name).
We will usually reply with a solution within 24 hours of your email -during standard Australian business days and hours.
OTHER SUSPECTED PRODUCT ISSUES:::
IF the delivery box was undamaged and you suspect that your item is faulty in some way.. then please take a whole-piece photo (((hold steady to make sure it is in focus))) and use ‘markup’ in your photo software’s ‘edit’ function.. and draw a circle around -or arrow to- the suspected production flaw. Then take a close up with ‘macro’ camera setting (((hold steady to ensure the picture is in focus))).
It is important that you email these images within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to::: orders@TheKeysToAwaken.com ..with the Email Subject::: Faulty Art Piece #(your order number + name). Be sure to describe in the email body what you perceive is faulty or below expected standard.
We will usually reply with a solution within 24 hours of your email -during standard business days and hours.

Missing & Lost Orders /// Incorrect Orders /// Incomplete Orders
In the unfortunate event of orders being ‘lost in transit’ we will arrange a replacement with the freight or courier company. We will do our best to expedite this process and communicate with you to advise of the progress.
If you have elected ‘authority to leave in a safe place’ and the item has been stolen.. then this is unfortunately outside of our control and the issue is then between you and the freight or courier company. They must be able to prove to you by way of a photo or a neighbour witness that the delivery was left in a safe place.
If we can.. then we will assist you negotiate with them.. however it is a process that is outside of our control -we can not promise the outcome that you wish for and we are not liable or responsible for your loss. We strongly suggest that you organise the delivery to a location at which someone -ideally you- can receive and sign for the delivery.
INCORRECT ORDERS:::
We can not imagine that orders will EVER be incorrect.. however IF you are the ‘lucky first’ then please contact us immediately.
Take photos of the incorrect order received. It is important that you email these images.. within 24 hours of receipt of delivery to::: orders@TheKeysToAwaken.com.. with the Email Subject::: Incorrect Order #(your order number + name).
If orders arrive incomplete.. please refer to the SHIPPING policy -do not sign for missing items.. and immediately document the issue by photo evidence.. advising the delivery person that the order is incomplete and for them to take a note of this. Take their delivery person or driver ID number and keep hold of the tracking or waybill number as your incident number. Contact the freight or courier company as the first point of call to see if they still have an item in their vehicle or depot. Inform us within 24 hours of taking delivery on Orders@TheKeysToAwaken.com.. with the Email Subject::: Incomplete Order #(your order number + name).
Depending on your case.. we will ship the missing or replacement item at no extra cost. You may elect an alternate address as long as you advise us and it is not a remote or difficult delivery -otherwise you may be responsible for part of or all shipping fees. During the replacement process you will have the opportunity to discuss this with us via email so that we can find an easy solution that puts a smile on your face.
From time to time there are circumstances beyond the scope of our control. We do our best to build robust systems that avoid these scenarios.. however we rely on ‘many hands’ to be their best in the long journey from order being placed to you receiving your order in perfect and delightful condition.
Please do note that we can not accept order cancellations if there has been a mishap outside of our control -these incidents are not ground for cancellation. If you just need a little time to contemplate your next move.. then we can issue you a credit once we have settled your claim.
Refunds
It would be a great delight for us to offer you a 100% no questions asked satisfaction guarantee. But this is not possible with Resonance Tools and Resonance Art. These are tools for Evolution -not just beautiful art pieces that transform environments. They can feel great one day and not the next -they take us to the doorways of our gifts and greatest self.. However the doorway is unlocked by facing the shadow or discomfort or limitation that has been blocking (((locking))) the doorway. You WILL have bad days with your Resonance Tools. That’s their job. So we can NOT offer you a satisfaction guarantee as it would be contrary to the very reason why the Resonance Tools were created in the first place. They are aesthetically beautiful and you may just have purchased them for that -however they are custom made for your order.. and in the same way that you can not return a haircut you can’t return or refund these based on change of mind. Stay with the Resonance -it will unlock something beautiful within you.

FOR ALL RESONANCE SERVICES::: such as Custom Consultations or Virtual Room Design Mock-ups -and other forms of provision of Services that are of a non-physical nature- these are all non-refundable.
We aim to excel in assisting you to bring Resonance Art and Tools into your life; however we are not responsible for your personal like or dislike of what we have suggested as part of our service.
Sometimes you go to a great hairdresser but walk out with a style or colour that doesn’t meet your expectations. Sometimes.. you like it a week later.. after your friends have told you how good you look.. and other times it was just not the style and colour for you. No harm done. Sometimes that’s just life..
