HERE's HOW:
1. Arrive
Find some space and time. It doesn't have to be perfect. Just pause. Take a breath. Let the noise settle. Feel your feet on the ground. Be here.. now.

2. Presence
In presence.. what do you feel wants to find expression within you?

3. Curiosity
Be open. Let a topic or question arise. Or proceed with general self-enquiry.. feeling your way forward without force or expectation.

4. Feel Your Question
If you have a topic you wish to gain clarity on.. bring to your awareness the feeling that wants to flower.

...Don't give power to the problem—problems are just surface-level symptoms of something waiting to transform.
...Let your preferences and the story around it go. Just feel and notice all of it.
...Even the subtlest sensations can guide you through your inner world to some forgotten place of healing and transformation.
...It's not about phrasing a perfect question—it's about feeling the essence of it in your body.. in your belly.. in your heart.

What is the deep yearning? What lies underneath the surface-level problem?

5. Hold the Cards

Are you shuffling or simply feeling for one?
If shuffling.. let all your good will and love move from you into the deck. There's no right or wrong way. Trust your hands.

6. Draw a Card
When it feels right—a subtle sense of pause.. a feeling of "now"—draw a card.

Feel.. feel.. feel.

Allow second-guessing.. but don't act upon doubt. Build your trust.

7. Feeling & Sensing First.. Words Second
This is crucial.

...Just be with the resonance of the card. Let it be an experience.
...Notice what you feel. Observe without labeling.
...You may feel warmth.. a knot.. pain.. constriction. Whether pleasurable or hurtful.. it can be a strong reaction.. even overwhelming.

The experience can range from total bliss to violent memories—and everything in-between.

8. Trust The Process
Your body doesn't lie.

Its sensory landscape is the first.. most primary wisdom.
Your body's wisdom is in direct communication with your soul's intelligence as it responds to the resonance of the Key you've chosen.

9. Allow
Pleasant or not.. allow.

...Let it complete itself through you.
...This is what it means to "let go": it means to allow the charge and energy of the initial wound (whether it's yours or ancestral doesn't matter—whatever arises on its own without you conjuring or forcing it).

...Let it flow through.

Don't abandon yourself. Permit the impermissible. Bear the unbearable.. so you can birth new ways of being.

10. Resonate
Give thanks to yourself for this practice. Give thanks to the wisdom within.

There's no need to work through them in order or master one before exploring another. Each journey stands alone. Work with what calls to you.

Why Deepen Your Practice?
Humanity's mind has awakened and become more aware.. but our world doesn't reflect this.

...Because it's only our minds that have awakened. The rest of our being is resisting.

Before You Begin: A Note on Discomfort
As you walk this path.. remember:

...Any discomfort.. uncertainty.. anxiety.. or fear you feel are NOT signs you're doing something wrong.

For most of our lives.. we're taught to "figure things out"—to think our way through problems. This journey invites you to drop beneath the neck and listen to the primary intelligence of your body.

The Practice
Draw a card. Place it face down.

...Close your eyes. Bring your full attention inside your body.
...Scan from your feet to your head. What is alive in you right now?
...Tightness.. openness.. tingling.. numbness.. heat?
...Joy.. nerves.. fears.. excitement?
...Don't label these sensations. Don't sort them as "good" or "bad." Just notice with curiosity. This is the raw data of your current state of being. This is felt-knowing.

Now turn the card over. Feel it without opening your eyes.

...Open your eyes and gaze at the card. What arises?
...How does the resonance of the card "speak" to the sensations you just felt?

The art on the card carries a resonance.
Your body is the tuning fork that responds to it.

The Birthing

This practice activates your inner compass.
By consistently tuning into your body's raw sensations.. you learn to trust that compass in all moments. You build whole-system strength to handle inner conflict when you're triggered in real-life situations.

Over time.. you stop looking for answers outside and nurture your capacity to live from embodied certainty—even when the path ahead is unknown.

The Premise

Life constantly presents us with triggers—situations or people that mirror our inner blocks. These are not punishments.
They're opportunities.
They're calls from your soul to make new.. more courageous choices than the ones you made in the past.

The Practice

Think of a recurring challenge or trigger in your life. Feel the discomfort of it.

Draw a card with a question such as:

• "What is the courageous choice here?"
• "What am I being invited to face?"
• "I choose to fully feel the root cause and heal the underlying wound I've been avoiding."

Be with the card. Feel its resonance. Notice any energy that arises.
...The card won't give you a complete map.. but it may offer you the feeling of courage.. the sensation of worthiness.. and the sovereignty to make your own path—one bold step into the unknown at a time.

Ask yourself:

• What is one small.. different choice I can make the next time this trigger appears?

We're conditioned to seek pleasure and avoid pain.. to chase comfort and run from discomfort.

...But wholeness—our completion—includes everything.
...When we prefer one thing over another.. we avoid completion.
...Having likes or dislikes isn't the problem. We need to be alive.
...The problem is the energetic charge we apply—when our preferences are so "loud" they fuel stories charged with emotion.

This journey invites you to embrace the full spectrum of life—the beautiful and the painful—as two sides of the same coin.

The Practice

Draw a card.

If the resonance feels good (joyful.. expansive.. loving.. connected.. grounded.. clear..).. pause and ask:

• "Show me the other side of this gift. What is the shadow that makes this light possible? What is the 'price' I pay for this gift?"

If the resonance brings up discomfort or a challenging truth.. ask:

• "Show me the gift in this. What is the opportunity? What greater way of being is waiting to be born from my willingness to allow this discomfort and feel it fully?"

Hold both feelings at once—the pleasure and the pain.. the light and the dark.
Breathe into the whole of it. Marvel at it from the center of it.

Don't try to solve the paradox.
Let it be a mysterious puzzle. There is power in the mystery.

The Birthing

This practice dissolves the black-and-white thinking that keeps us trapped.

...You develop resilience that isn't set or static or brittle. It's alive—dynamic and flexible.
...You can hold life's complexities without falling apart.
...You unlock hidden pleasure in challenges.. inspired excitement in approaching life from a greater dimensional perspective.

You're no longer attached to being positive or staying "up."
You complete yourself—beyond resistance to the "negative" and attachment to the "positive."

The Premise
Your soul is always communicating with you.. but the thinking mind is often too loud to hear it.
This journey uses the resonances of the cards to create a direct line of communication—bypassing the "figuring it out" mind.

The Practice
Draw a card.

...Be with the card (feeling it eyes closed.. or feeling it while looking at the card).
...When the feeling seems "fully there".. put the card down.

Open a journal (or close your eyes) and ask your greater self direct questions about the card's theme:

• "Why am I drawing this card now?"
• "What is the opportunity here? What is the hidden gift?"
• "What part of me have I forgotten that this Key is bringing forward for attention?"
• "What do I need to know about this?"

Feel-listen for the first answer that arises.

...Most often it won't be in words. It's more likely to come as a feeling.. an image.. a memory.. or a sudden sense of knowing. Whatever form it takes.. feel what's true in you and learn to trust it.


The Birthing
You learn to distinguish the voice of your greater intelligence—an inner voice—from the voice in your head (the voice of your conditioning).

...Some of you will receive other guidance—outer guidance of someone talking to you.
...Learn to test what's true and practice telling the difference. There's no right or wrong. This isn't strange or weird or spiritual. Everyone has gifts—whatever form they take.

This journey builds a relationship of profound trust with your greater intuition. The yearning for external validation.. approval.. and acceptance begins to fade as you find a deep sense of belonging and meaning within yourself.

The Premise
This work is not about ascending to some higher state.. living in a peak state.. or maintaining a masterful high with disciplined practices.

...It's about being extraordinary in your ordinary life.

The Practice
In the morning.. draw a card as your theme for the day. Don't overthink it. Just absorb its essence.

...At moments during the day—while waiting in line.. walking to your car.. before a difficult conversation—bring the resonance of the card to your awareness.

Ask yourself:

• How does this card's resonance change the moment?
• How am I moving? Sitting? Driving?
• What is my overall state of being?
